Can I walk in without an appointment?
Yes, walk-ins are seen at every centre. Booking cuts your waiting time considerably though — especially if you need dilated testing, which adds around 40 minutes to the visit.
How long should I allow for a first visit?
About 90 minutes. Longer if your pupils need dilating, in which case bring someone to drive you home — your vision will be blurred and light-sensitive for a few hours.
What should I bring?
Your current glasses, any previous eye reports or prescriptions, a list of medicines you take, and — if you plan to use insurance — your policy card and a photo ID.
Do you reply on WhatsApp?
