Most eye problems are easier, cheaper and more completely fixable when caught early. These are the ones we would rather see sooner.
Vision dimming gradually in one eye
You may not notice until you cover the good eye. Worth checking both separately.
Diabetes and blurred vision that fluctuates
Sugar control and retinal disease both affect vision differently — the examination separates them.
Eye pain with coloured haloes
Needs a pressure check the same day.
A child rubbing eyes or tilting their head to see
Often squint or a strong prescription in one eye. Both respond best when caught early.
Sudden floaters or flashes
A dilated retinal examination is needed, not a wait-and-watch.

Is cataract surgery done at Nalgonda?
Yes. Phacoemulsification with monofocal, toric and multifocal lens options, using the same protocols as our Hyderabad centres.
Do you do diabetic eye screening?
Yes — dilated retinal examination, OCT imaging, retinal laser and anti-VEGF injections are all available here. If you have had diabetes for five years or more, you should be screened annually whether or not your vision has changed.
I live in Miryalaguda or Suryapet. Can I finish everything in one visit?

Is LASIK available in Nalgonda?
