These terms govern your use of medivisioneyecare.com, operated by MediVision Eye Care Centre. By using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Your treatment at any of our centres is governed additionally by the consent documents and estimates you sign there, which take precedence over anything on this website.

This website is not medical advice

This is the most important term on this page, so it is first.

Everything published on this site — service pages, symptom descriptions, articles, FAQs and comparisons — is general health information written to help you understand eye conditions and decide whether to seek care. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment recommendation, and not a substitute for being examined by a qualified ophthalmologist who has looked at your eyes.

• Do not use this site to diagnose yourself or anyone else.
• Do not delay seeking care because something you read here suggested a symptom might be harmless. Eye conditions with identical descriptions can have entirely different causes and urgency.
• Do not stop, start or change any medication or eye drop on the basis of anything published here.
• No doctor-patient relationship is created by reading this site, by submitting an enquiry form, or by messaging us on WhatsApp. It begins when you are examined at one of our centres.

Appointments and enquiries

Appointment requests made through this website, its forms, WhatsApp or the online booking portal are requests, not confirmations. An appointment is confirmed when our team confirms it to you directly. Slots, timings and consultant availability can change, and we will tell you if they do.

The callback forms on this site are frontend tools: submitting one opens a WhatsApp message to our appointment desk containing the details you entered. Please do not send urgent or emergency information through a form — use the emergency number.

Clinical outcomes

Medicine deals in probabilities. Descriptions of procedures, recovery times and results on this site describe what typically happens; they are not promises about what will happen in your case. Your outcome depends on your eye, your general health, the stage at which you present and factors that cannot be fully predicted in advance. Any specific expectation for your own treatment will be discussed with you during your consultation and recorded in your consent documentation.

Fees and payment

Fees quoted on this website, if any, are indicative. The figure that applies to you is the written estimate issued after your examination. Payment terms, insurance settlement and the amount payable by you are set out in that estimate and in your admission paperwork. Where an insurer or scheme declines or partially approves a claim, the balance remains payable by the patient.

Use of this website

You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own personal or non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, republish or adapt substantial parts of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest or overload the site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.

Third-party names and logos appearing on this site — insurers, third-party administrators, equipment manufacturers and accreditation bodies — remain the property of their respective owners and are shown to indicate our empanelments, equipment and accreditation, not to claim any ownership or endorsement beyond that.

This site links to and embeds material from third parties, including Google Maps, YouTube and our online appointment portal. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Using them is subject to their own terms.

Availability and accuracy

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and current, but medical practice, our equipment, our consultant list, our timings and our empanelments all change. We do not warrant that every page is free of error or fully up to date at every moment, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice. If something here matters to your decision, please confirm it with us directly before acting on it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MediVision Eye Care Centre is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this website, from any inability to access it, or from any third-party service linked or embedded here. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including liability for the clinical care actually provided at our centres, which is governed by law and by the professional obligations of the treating doctors, not by this page.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you use the site is the version that applies. These terms were last reviewed in 2026.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the use of this website.
