Eye care benefits for your team

Screen-heavy work quietly ruins eyes. We run employer programmes that catch the problems early, at the office where possible, and treat them properly when needed.

What we offer

Five things an employer programme gives you

Choose all of it or the parts that fit. There is no minimum headcount for a screening camp.

Group cashless treatment

Empanelment across all five centres, with pre-authorisation raised by our own insurance desk. Your employee fills in nothing medical and pays only what the policy does not cover — a figure they see in writing before admission.

Priority appointments

Scheduled slots for your staff so an eye check does not cost half a working day. Bookings routed through your coordinator rather than the general queue.

On-site screening camps

We bring vision testing, refraction, eye-pressure checks and a consultant to your premises. Employees who need further tests are given an appointment on the spot, with their screening findings already recorded.

Comprehensive check-up packages

A full hospital examination — visual acuity, refraction, slit-lamp, intraocular pressure, dilated fundus examination and a written report — priced as a package for your team.

A dedicated coordinator

One named person for your HR team to call about camp dates, approvals, reports and settlements. Not a helpline.

Workplace eye-health sessions

A short, practical talk on screen use, lighting, dry eye and when a symptom actually needs a doctor. Useful in offices where half the team assumes tired eyes are simply the job.

Why it is worth doing

What a screening camp usually finds

In almost every workplace camp, a meaningful share of people discover something they did not know about. Most of it is easy to fix at that stage.

  • Uncorrected refractive errorPeople working all day at a screen with the wrong prescription, or none. The headaches and afternoon fatigue they had accepted as normal are often just this.
  • Dry eye and computer vision syndromeBurning, gritty eyes by mid-afternoon. Genuinely treatable, and worth treating before it starts affecting concentration and output.
  • Raised eye pressureGlaucoma takes peripheral vision first and painlessly. A pressure check takes minutes, and finding it at 40 rather than 55 changes the entire outcome.
  • Undetected diabetic retinopathyIn staff who know they are diabetic but have never had a dilated retinal examination. This is the single most valuable thing a workplace camp finds.
  • Early cataract in older staffOften mistaken for the screen or for age. Measurable in one visit, and fixable on a planned date rather than an urgent one.

How it runs

Setting up a programme

From first call to camp day is typically a few weeks, most of which is your insurer's paperwork rather than ours.

  1. A conversation about your team

Headcount, locations, shift pattern, existing insurance and what you actually want — a one-off camp, an annual check-up package, or full cashless empanelment.

  2. Empanelment and paperwork

We complete the empanelment documents with your insurer or TPA, agree the scope and rates, and confirm what dependants are entitled to.

  3. A named coordinator is assigned

Your HR team gets one person, one number and one email for everything that follows.

  4. The camp or check-up drive

Our team arrives with portable equipment and a consultant. Each employee gets a short examination and a written summary of their findings the same day.

  5. Follow-through at the hospital

Anyone who needs further testing or treatment is given a priority appointment at their nearest centre, with their camp findings already on file — no repeating the same tests.

FAQs

Questions patients ask us

Is there a minimum team size for a screening camp?

No hard minimum. For very small teams it often makes more sense to schedule a group of priority appointments at the nearest centre instead — the examination is more thorough in the hospital than it can be in a conference room.

What equipment do you bring to an on-site camp?

Vision charts, an auto-refractor, a portable slit lamp and tonometry for eye pressure, plus a consultant ophthalmologist and optometrists. Anything requiring dilation, imaging or a full retinal examination is done at the hospital afterwards.

How long does each employee take?

Around ten to fifteen minutes for the screening itself. We schedule in batches so your working day is disrupted as little as possible.

Do employees get their results?

Yes — each person gets a written summary of their own findings the same day. Employers receive anonymised aggregate figures only; individual clinical findings are confidential to the employee.

Can our existing insurer be used?

If they are among the 30+ insurers and TPAs we already bill, immediately. If not, empanelment is usually straightforward and we will handle the application with them.

Do you cover employees at our other locations?

Across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, yes — through the five centres. For sites outside that footprint we can still run camps by arrangement; ask the corporate desk.
